Abstract & Full Paper Submission Guidelines

Paper Publication

All the selected papers (after peer review) will be published in Conference Proceedings and Springer Book Series (Scopus/WoS indexed).

Call for Abstracts
  • Abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations are invited and can be submitted through the SYMRESEARCH 2.0 portal. Please note, registration for conference is mandatory for oral/poster presentation.

     Guidelines for submission of abstracts:

  • The abstracts must be no more than 300 words.
  • It must be original and free from plagiarism (Please check the plagiarism before you submit your abstract. Similarity Index <20% and AI content <10%).
  • Type of research: Original research work/Conceptual/ Empirical
  • Mode of presentation: Oral/Poster (Please mention your preference, however, final decision will be taken by the Research Review Committee (RRC) and will be intimated to the selected participants one month prior to the conference)

    Abstract should contain the following:

  • Title of the Paper
  • Details of Presenting Author, Corresponding Author & Other Authors (if applicable).
  • Affiliations and Designations of All Authors.
  • Official Email ID of the Presenting Author.
  • Theme (Selected theme from the list provided):
  • Structured Abstract: Provide a concise summary of the research study, covering the following key components:
  • Background: Briefly introduce the context and significance of the research problem
  • Objective(s): State the specific aim or objectives of the study
  • Materials & Methods/Research Design & Methods: Summarize the design, materials, data collection techniques and procedures used for the study.
  • Results: Present the key findings and data obtained from the study.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the main interpretation and implications of the findings obtained
  • Novelty/Originality: Specify what is new or unique about the study and its contribution to the field
  • Keywords: List 4-5 keywords or phrases that capture the essence of the study
