ABSTRACT SUBMISSION & REGISTRATION
Submit via the Microsoft CMT3 Portal:

For any query related to abstract submission, one may write to the: abstracts.symresearch@siu.edu.in
First you need to register on the Microsoft CMT3 platform and follow the instructions to complete the submission process. You will receive an email confirming the submission from CMT3 as well you will be given paper ID.
Yes, one can attend the conference even if you do not submit an abstract. You need to register to be able to attend the conference (https://symresearch.siu.edu.in/registration/). Please select ‘Only Attendee” while filling up the registration form.
- Yes, you should submit the abstract first and then register. During registration the details of abstract submission will also have to be entered.
- If one is not interested in submitting an abstract, then one may directly proceed towards registration.
- Conference Participation and Poster/Oral Presentation Certificate
- Hands-on Workshop Certificate (if enrolled)
No refund. However, delegate substitution is permitted till 31 August 2025.
